• Q
    How about your after-sale service?
    A

Once everything is ready, we will contact you monthly, and we will give you the satisfying answers to the technical problems about the automatic equipment.

  • Q
    What is the HDPE pipe?
    A

HDPE stands for high density polyethylene (still called PE), is made of ethylene, which come from crude oil or natural gas. HDPE pipes are extremely rugged and offer extreme durability, flexibility, corrosion resistance and chemical resistance.

  • Q
    What makes HDPE pipelines popular?
    A

HDPE pipes are joined together by a unique hot melt process to form a seal that creates a powerful, leak-free system.

  • Q
What can an HDPE pipe carry?
    A

PE pipes can transmit drinking water, wastewater, chemicals and compressed gases.

  • Q
What are the advantages of using HDPE pipes?
    A

The HDPE pipes are joined by the hot melt process. The joints form a solid and leak-free piping network with the rest of the tubing. The "allowable water leakage" rate of the HDPE pipe is zero, which is as high as 10% for other types of pipeline.

  • Q
    Can the products be customized?
    A

We can produce products according to your detailed requirements. Due to the diversity of pipeline construction, we produce various sizes of pipes and various fittings that meet the various construction requirement.

  • Q
    How is your after-sales service?
    A

We have a professional technical service team and look forward to keeping in touch with you to provide you with a satisfactory solution for the HDPE pipe construction and installation technology.

  • Q
How does the total cost of HDPE pipes compare to other materials?
    A

Pipeline is a long-term engineering project. In addition to comparing the initial purchase cost, you should carefully evaluate long-term maintenance costs and overall life cycle costs. Since the PE pipe does not corrode and leak at the joint, the situation of continuous repair of the aged metal pipe or leakage with all other pipes at the joint will not be happened on PE pipes. Besides, initial cost savings are also achieved through the opportunity to install without trenching. Compared to other pipelines, HDPE has lower installation costs, lower maintenance rates, less water loss and lower energy costs. Therefore, HDPE has the lowest life cycle cost, and service life is 75-100 years estimated by Institute.
