HDPE PE100 pipe is a new type of plastic pipe made of high-density polyethylene raw materials. It is the highest grade product among polyethylene pipes. Its minimum required strength (MRS) reaches 10MPa. It has excellent physical properties and chemical stability and is widely used in municipal engineering, construction engineering, agricultural irrigation and other fields.

Technical requirements for construction

Selection of connection method:

Hot-melt connection: Applicable to pipes with DN110mm

Electric fusion connection: Applicable to pipes with DN160mm

Flange connection: Used to connect pipes of different materials

Precautions for laying:

Groove width: Pipe diameter + 300mm or more

Foundation treatment: Lay 100mm thick sand cushion

Backfill requirements: Layered compaction, thickness of each layer 300mm

Construction in special environments:

Frozen soil area: Buried depth should be greater than frozen soil layer

Soft soil foundation: Foundation treatment is required

Seismic area: Use flexible interface
